Diamond Sports Training is a 30,000 square foot indoor baseball and softball training facility located in Sterling, VA. The mission of DST is:
“To promote the passion for baseball and softball by providing a training environment where athletes can reach their highest potential.”
In order to accomplish its mission, DST has assembled a group of top instructors in a facility like no other in the immediate vicinity. The “Warehouse” is turfed and has one 24’ x 60’, one 24’ x 70’, and four 30’ x 75’ sectioned tunnels with each being able to accommodate a full team. Every tunnel has access to a batting cage that raises and lowers from the ceiling, portable pitching mounds, and pitching machines. The “Dungeon” has two permanent pitching lanes and is the home to our Performance Enhancement Center. For the parents, we provide the “Upper Deck” overlooking the warehouse where you can relax and read a magazine or watch the action from above. The “Clubhouse” is also located upstairs and is available for teams or leagues to use for meetings.

DST offers two primary services: 1) providing instruction and 2) rental of space. Instruction is provided for individuals or teams through one-on-one or small group sessions, team training, and clinics/camps. Space can be rented by individuals, teams, and leagues for workouts, practices, or tryouts.
