Junior Power Programs

Want to hit with more power or throw the ball harder?  Although some of this comes from natural ability and athleticism, a player can increase speed and power in the body by developing and strengthening the correct muscles as well as learning the correct technique and timing that should occur.

Dive head first into a program of strength and conditioning designed to build the power, speed, and agility necessary to play the game at the highest level. In addition to working out, you will learn from a hitting or pitching professional the proper form and techniques needed to become a better player.

Option One

5 weeks of Performance Enhancement Training

     Starts week of March 3 (no sessions week of Spring Break)

2 – 1 hour sessions a week

     Tuesday/Thursdays at 7 PM*

2 half hours of individual skill training included

     With video analysis and scheduled at your convenience

  Cost - $245

Option Two

6 weeks of Performance Enhancement Training

     Starts week of March 3 (will meet during week of Spring Break)

2 – 1 hour sessions a week

     Tuesdays/Thursdays at 7 PM*

3 half hours of individual skill training included

     With video analysis and scheduled at your convenience

   Cost - $295

There will be a maximum of 8 players in each group.

Program is designed for players ages 9 - 13.

* If you have a group of at least 4 athletes, you can request your own days and times.
